Talking to Tuoi Tre Online , Mr. NVT (27 years old) confirmed that he was the person involved in the above incident.

Mr. T. said the incident happened on the afternoon of September 17. At that time, Mr. T. and a group of friends went to a coffee shop in Times City urban area.

According to Mr. T., while in the bar, his friend took out a pipe but it was clogged. Then, this person gave it to Mr. T. to "unclog" the pipe.

Therefore, the young man affirmed that he did not smoke in the shop and did not emit any smoke. However, Mr. T's group was reminded by the shop staff.

"The staff said 'no smoking in the shop', I'm not sure who they were talking about because we ourselves don't smoke," Mr. T. affirmed.

On the second occasion, Mr. T. said that this employee reminded him and his group of friends with insulting words. Therefore, T. told his "younger brother" to go to the cashier area to clarify that his group did not smoke, but only tried pipes.

Next, one of Mr. T's group entered the counter area. According to Mr. T, the male employee "rolled his eyes, clenched his fists, and glared."

"My brother got angry and agitated, so he hit this employee back," T. said.

The young man later said that he immediately intervened and told both sides to stop. The group then asked to meet the owner of the restaurant to reconcile, but was unsuccessful.

Meanwhile, Mr. N.D.M. (59 years old - coffee shop owner) confirmed that the male employee who was beaten was his son - NMĐ. (28 years old).

Mr. M. said he learned of the incident, then he took his son to the hospital for X-rays, a medical examination, and reported it to Vinh Tuy Ward Police.
