Hanoi launches 2026 Concentrated Promotion Program

Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen has just signed and issued Plan No. 300/KH-UBND, organizing the Hanoi Concentrated Promotion Program in 2026.

The program is expected to be held from the second quarter to the fourth quarter of 2026 throughout the city, attracting 1,000-2,000 enterprises of all economic sectors to participate, including: Trade centers, supermarkets, electronics supermarkets, markets, convenience stores, specialized stores; consumer goods manufacturing and trading enterprises; tourism, restaurant and hotel businesses; transportation enterprises; banking systems; telecommunications enterprises; information technology enterprises; construction enterprises; e-commerce enterprises...

Within the framework of the program, the following events will take place: Hanoi City Concentrated Promotion Fair 2026; Digital Transformation Promotion Fair - Green Consumption; Hanoi Brand Promotion Fair 2026 - Hanoi Brand Promotion Day 2026; Hanoi Midnight Sale 2026.

The program aims to effectively implement tasks and solutions for socio-economic development, stimulate domestic demand, increase total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue; restore and develop the economy, promote production and business activities of enterprises, contributing to completing the GRDP growth target in 2026 and the 2026-2030 period.

At the same time, effectively implement the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" and the city's economic and social development programs; develop diverse and smart business types suitable for the strong development of e-commerce.

The Department of Industry and Trade presides over, coordinates, and approves the list of businesses participating in promotions; programs, promotion rates, and discounts of businesses. Informs, mobilizes, and supports businesses in craft villages to respond and participate in events.

VNPT Hanoi and VNPT Hanoi Business Center jointly organize consultation and answer questions for consumers about the Centralized Promotion Program via Call Center 024.1081.
