According to a quick report from the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Khanh Hoa province, on November 6, all localities in the province had rain, with some areas in the northern part of the province experiencing heavy to very heavy rain. However, the rain only lasted for a day and stopped quickly, so the damage after the storm was not great.
Mr. Nguyen Trong Chanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Khanh Hoa province, shared that, through preliminary statistics, landslides on traffic routes did occur but were not large. Specifically, in the area of Deo Luong Son (in Bac Nha Trang ward); Provincial Road 9 (in the direction of Cam Ranh - Khanh Son and vice versa) and coastal road 701 (section Phuoc Dinh - Ca Na) only minor landslides occurred. In areas of Tu Bong and Dai Lanh communes, some trees and electric poles were knocked down due to the storm.
Provincial authorities were on duty, promptly set up barriers and warned people not to move through the landslide area; at the same time, they are focusing on overcoming the damage.
Before the storm made landfall, Khanh Hoa province established many delegations to go directly to the grassroots, especially vulnerable areas, fishing ports, irrigation works, etc. to inspect and check the situation and give specific instructions on response, prevention and control of the storm.

According to the forecast, during the day and night of November 7, in Khanh Hoa, there will be generally changing clouds, sunny days, scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening and at night.
