In preliminary comments, the Inspection Team assessed that the Party Committee and commanders of Factory Z173 and Factory Z189 had well organized the dissemination and serious implementation of the Party's directives, resolutions and conclusions; comprehensively, synchronously, practically and effectively deployed Party and political activities in the first 6 months of 2025, and built and implemented the Grassroots Democracy Regulations with outstanding results.

Specifically, Factory Z173 and Factory Z189 have developed and implemented plans for political education and dissemination of legal education according to the set plan; the work of grasping and managing the ideology of cadres and employees is carried out in accordance with regulations. Leading and directing the strict implementation of Party discipline, regimes, principles of organization and activities; reviewing, amending and supplementing working regulations and leadership regulations for key aspects of work.

The inspection and supervision work was carried out in accordance with the process, and a specialized resolution was issued to lead the inspection, supervision, and Party discipline enforcement work for the 2025-2030 term. On behalf of the Inspection Team, Colonel Nguyen Duc Tang acknowledged and congratulated the two factories for their outstanding achievements in implementing political tasks in general and Party and political work in particular in the first 6 months of 2025. At the same time, he requested that in the coming time, both factories need to focus on thoroughly overcoming the limitations that the Inspection Team pointed out in each field of work.

Along with that, it is necessary to focus on leading and directing the good implementation of political and ideological education, raising awareness for cadres, party members, and workers, building responsibility and determination to successfully carry out assigned tasks. Focus on improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of party committees and organizations; strictly follow the principle of democratic centralism; review, amend, supplement, and fully promulgate the system of working regulations and leadership regulations for key work aspects.
