Continuing to implement Decision 3527/QD-UBND dated October 29, 2021 on adding tasks and establishing Covid-19 treatment areas in hospitals, Dong Hoi City General Hospital has established a separate respiratory patient treatment area to treat Covid-19 patients. From January 1, 2022 to now, it has treated 788 patients, of which 583 patients have recovered and been discharged from the hospital. In the third and fourth quarters, there was a dengue fever epidemic in the area, the number of dengue fever patients coming to the hospital for examination and treatment increased dramatically. As of December 12, 2022, the hospital has received and treated 1,847 cases of dengue fever.
