Comrade Le Manh Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) said: “Currently, the whole province has over 34,000 union members, workers, civil servants, and employees (CNVC-LĐ) at 318 grassroots unions, of which nearly 22,000 are female workers. Immediately after the merger, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor promptly grasped the situation and proactively developed a specific action program, in which the highest priority was to comprehensively care for workers, especially female union members and workers. Unions at all levels have advised and proposed to implement contents related to legitimate interests of workers; researched and organized inspections of policy implementation for female workers and children. The Union also pays special attention to organizing activities to practically care for the lives, health, and jobs of female workers. The Provincial Federation of Labor prioritizes improving the effectiveness of propaganda and legal education for workers; skills of periodic and ad hoc dialogue at the workplace. work and negotiate, sign collective labor agreements in the direction of increasing favorable terms for female workers. Promote digital transformation, apply information technology in management, connect and provide timely information to workers; enhance welfare, cultural, sports activities, support female union members in difficult circumstances".

Grassroots trade unions have implemented many practical models for female workers such as: supporting female workers to borrow capital to improve their lives, organizing reproductive health check-ups; Rewarding children of workers who have achieved good academic results and good living... Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Thanh, President of the Trade Union of Seshin VN 2 Company Limited shared: "The company currently has 1,239 union members, of which 1,128 are female. Recognizing the role and characteristics of the company, 98% of the employees are female, the Executive Board of the Trade Union always cares and creates conditions for women to promote their capacity, ensuring harmony between work, health, life and family. Strengthening inspection and supervision of the implementation of the company's regime and policies for female workers, ensuring adequate wages, overtime pay and health insurance, social insurance regimes... Since the beginning of the year, the Company's Trade Union has coordinated with the leadership to organize for 100% of female union members and workers to go on tours and vacations outside the province; visit union members and workers on the occasion of October 20... with a total value of over 400 million VND. Thanks to that, people Workers are always assured in production and contribute many initiatives to help the business grow.

With great efforts and unity, the Trade Union aims to continue to improve its capacity to represent and protect the rights of workers after the province's merger. Particularly in the third quarter of 2025, the provincial Trade Unions at all levels will promote activities to care for and contribute to improving all aspects of workers' lives. There are 17 grassroots Trade Unions organizing the "Trade Union Meal" program for 10,025 union members and workers to enjoy; the meal value ranges from 48,000 VND - 150,000 VND/meal. Giving 75 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances; giving 200 gifts to students who are children of workers in difficult circumstances at enterprises in the province... with a total value of over 150 million VND; organizing 10 conferences to propagate gender equality, social insurance, health insurance... for over 2,000 union members and workers.

Through activities to care for the interests of union members and female workers, Tuyen Quang Trade Union will always be a solid support for female employees to actively work, produce, complete their tasks well, and contribute to the development of the unit and the locality.
