Improve skills in cultural and family life work

Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Truong Thang delivered the opening speech of the training course.

On May 21, in Hai Duong City, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a training course on cultural and family lifestyle in 2025.

More than 200 trainees are members of the Standing Office of the Steering Committee of the Movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" of the province; representatives of the Department of Culture, Science and Information; Center for Culture, Sports and Communication; Heads of the Front Work Committee of villages and residential areas in the province attended.

Lecturer Hoang Minh Thai, former Director of the Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, widely disseminated legal documents, programs, plans and projects of the central and provincial levels; exchanged professional knowledge on the work of building a cultural lifestyle; the building of village covenants and conventions in residential communities; building civilized and economical weddings and funerals; the movement to build "cultural families", "cultural villages and residential areas", "exemplary communes, wards and towns" at the grassroots level.

Lecturer Hoang Minh Thai, former Director of the Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, disseminates knowledge and skills on building village covenants and conventions in residential communities.

This is also an opportunity for students to update, exchange, discuss, and share experiences, management methods, good practices, and practical solutions to overcome difficulties and obstacles in the process of managing and building a cultural lifestyle at the local level.

The training course aims to improve the quality of leadership and direction of Party committees, authorities, and Steering Committees of the Movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" at all levels. Strengthen socialization in building and developing activities in grassroots cultural and sports institutions. Improve basic knowledge and skills in cultural lifestyle work, grasp the orientation and key tasks in building a grassroots cultural environment of the central government and Hai Duong province for civil servants, public employees, and those working in cultural work at the grassroots level.
