Capacity building for agricultural cooperatives

The training course contributes to improving management and operation capacity, and building production and business plans for agricultural cooperatives in Thai Nguyen province.

Aiming at improving the management and operation capacity of cooperatives, building production and business plans for agricultural cooperatives in the province, the training course imparted a lot of useful knowledge such as: Regulations of the Law on Cooperatives 2023, documents guiding implementation; digital transformation in agricultural cooperatives; improving market access capacity for cooperatives.

Through this, students will grasp the necessary information, especially the current status of information technology application and some key solutions for digital transformation in agriculture; bringing agricultural products to e-commerce platforms; applying production diary software (FaceFarm), digital accounting, tracing origin by QR code, gradually implementing digital economy in cooperatives from production records, crop planning, growing area management, to approaching customers through e-commerce platforms. At the same time, helping cooperatives grasp the market, sales forms; converting traditional sales forms to online sales; building and developing brands... Thereby, contributing to helping cooperatives improve operational efficiency and adapt to the requirements of agricultural development in the new period.

According to the plan, students will have a 3-day field trip to Lam Dong province at the end of May.
