The park is located in the King of Prussia Mall in Pennsylvania - one of the largest shopping centers in the United States, with an area of over 10,000 m². Netflix House is open to visitors for free, offering a culinary and entertainment space designed with the themes of the platform's popular movies and series such as "Bridgerton", "Stranger Things", "Squid Game" and "K-Pop Demon Hunters".
Netflix’s chief marketing officer, Marian Lee, said the company is not charging an admission fee to “make it more accessible and a daily destination for people.” She also said that having a permanent location gives Netflix more flexibility in design and operations than previous temporary models.
After its first location in Pennsylvania, Netflix plans to open two more locations – one in Dallas, Texas, on December 11, and one on the Las Vegas Strip, Nevada, in 2027. While Lee did not disclose the construction cost, she acknowledged that this is “a significant capital investment that demonstrates the company’s long-term commitment to developing a live brand experience.”
Netflix currently has no plans to open Netflix House abroad, but a company representative said it "will consider a suitable model if it expands to the international market."
