As of April 30, 2025, the total policy credit capital in Lam Dong province reached 6,441,861 million VND, an increase of 4.6% compared to the beginning of the year; loan turnover in the first 4 months of the year reached 824,458 million VND with 14,486 poor households and other policy beneficiaries receiving loans; debt collection turnover was 545,807 million VND, accounting for 66.2% of loan turnover. The total outstanding policy credit balance reached 6,427,632 million VND/100,128 borrowing households, an increase of 4.5% compared to the beginning of the year.
Of which, the loan turnover through entrusted socio-political organizations reached 821,488 million VND, the average production loan level was 63.8 million VND/household, (loan to poor households 64.5 million VND, near-poor households 63.8 million VND, newly escaped poverty households 65.8 million VND); debt collection turnover was 545,093 million VND; outstanding entrusted loans as of April 30, 2025 reached 6,415,049 million VND/2,452 Savings and Credit Groups/99,986 customers, an increase of 4.5% compared to the beginning of the year, accounting for 99.8% of the branch's total outstanding loans,...

Speaking at the working program, Mr. Huynh Van Thuan said: The working group conducted surveys in localities to assess the suitability of the proposed revised contents in the agreement on entrusted activities (personnel work, organizational structure, inspection participants, inspection rate, entrustment fee level and allocation rate between levels), in order to grasp the advantages and difficulties of communal transaction activities, transaction organization, and ensure safety when implementing the project to rearrange commune-level administrative units in Lam Dong province.
In addition, the Working Group grasped the contents, such as: Handing over the entrusted activities when merging at the provincial level, merging at the commune level and not organizing at the district level (such as checking outstanding debts, handing over outstanding debts, handing over entrusted documents); at the same time, assessing the suitability and difficulties when converting the deposit accounts of members of the Savings and Loan Group to payment accounts and amending the content of the delegation to the Management Board of the Savings and Loan Group (not entrusting interest collection, deposit collection)...
Concluding the Conference, Mr. Thuan added that the Working Group conducted a field survey in two localities, Duc Trong and Lac Duong, Lam Dong province, recording opinions from political organizations receiving entrustment and Savings and Loan Groups on difficulties in implementing policy credit activities after the merger, such as: The commune area is large, the distance to the new commune center is far; after the merger, there is a big change in the staff of political organizations at the commune level, many new staff, so accessing the entrustment activities along with implementing other tasks of policy credit entrustment activities may initially be difficult...
Lam Dong province after merging with Binh Thuan province and Dak Nong province, is expected to have 124 commune-level administrative units. Mr. Thuan believes that the team of cadres of political and social organizations at the commune level after being reorganized will have qualifications and capacity, thereby improving the quality and managing social policy credit more effectively...
