Is Microelectronics Engineering and Nanotechnology heavy on Physics?

I'm bad at Physics so I'm worried that this subject will be heavy in my major. I hope everyone can give me advice.

Microelectronics Engineering and Nanotechnology are quite new in Vietnam. I am weak in Physics so I am wondering if this major requires heavy Physics?

Besides, I also want to know about job opportunities after graduation. I hope everyone can advise me.
