April 19th, inspection of users at 5 social housing projects in Bien Hoa begins

There are 5 social housing projects of 4 investors on the inspection list this time: Social housing A6-A7 and 4 social housing apartment blocks in Quang Vinh ward, all in Quang Vinh ward of Dong Nai Housing Business Joint Stock Company; housing for low-income people in Tam Hoa ward (now Binh Da ward) of Son An Urban Development Investment Joint Stock Company; social housing in Tam Hoa ward (now Binh Da ward) of Cuong Thuan IDICO Investment and Development Joint Stock Company; social housing in Buu Long ward of Xuan Mai Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.

The inspection content is the implementation of legal regulations on management, use, rental, hire-purchase and purchase of social housing. The inspection subjects are investors of social housing projects and other related subjects (buyers, tenants).

According to the Department of Construction, the purpose of this inspection is to strengthen state management of social housing projects; ensure state management in implementing legal regulations on management, use, rental, hire-purchase and purchase of social housing; rectify the management and use of social housing in the province in general, and in Bien Hoa city in particular, ensuring the correct purpose and objects according to the provisions of law.
