Specifically, there are 15 traffic jams on 3 National Highways (QL), including: Khanh Hoa Province has 12 locations on QL.27C; Lam Dong Province has 3 locations on QL.20, including 2 locations at Mimosa Pass (Km226+650) and D'ran Pass (Km262+400) and QL.27C has 1 location at 65+800 - Km66 +000 (Lac Duong commune and Lam Vien ward).
Notably, in Khanh Hoa province, there are 3 locations due to negative slope landslides including (Km26+350; Km36+700; Km37+470); 9 locations due to positive slope landslides including (Km41+410, Km42+500, Km43+800, Km44+410, Km44+650, Km45+100, Km46+000, Km47+000, Km47+700). In particular, at Km44+410, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued Document No. 7598/UBND-XDND dated November 22, 2025, requesting Military Region 5 and the Provincial Military Command to pay attention to supporting the locality in blasting rocks and clearing obstacles, in order to soon open National Highway 27C, ensuring traffic connection, serving the needs of travel, transporting goods and rescue work in the shortest time. It is expected that by 6:00 p.m. on November 25, 2025, 1 lane will be open to traffic.

Currently, Khanh Hoa Department of Construction has banned vehicles from traveling on National Highway 27C (Khanh Le Pass) and organized a traffic diversion plan for vehicles traveling from Nha Trang to Da Lat as follows: Direction 1 is from Nha Trang, follow National Highway 1 to Km1556 + 00, turn right on National Highway 27 to Km174 + 00, turn onto Lien Khuong - Prenn Expressway to Da Lat. Direction 2 is from Nha Trang, follow National Highway 1 to National Highway 26 to National Highway 27 to Da Lat. In 3 locations, traffic jams due to landslides on the positive slope on section 65 + 800 - Km66 + 000 National Highway 27C (through Lac Duong commune and Lam Vien ward). It is expected to reopen to traffic on November 25, 2025.
The Vietnam Road Administration has established a working group headed by the Department's leader, who is directly present in the provinces and cities in the South Central region to direct and guide units to continue mobilizing forces, machinery and construction equipment; promptly and effectively using reserve materials to promptly overcome incidents, soon open routes and ensure the quality of road traffic infrastructure.

In the railway sector, floods also caused significant damage. As of the morning of November 24, the total number of landslides and roadbed erosion points was 61. 46 points have been cleared and the road speed has been restored. The remaining 15 points are being repaired in the Dong Tac - Phu Hiep and Phu Hiep - Hao Son sections due to the impact of hydroelectric discharge from the Ba Ha River. There is a 2 km section from Km1205 to Km1207 with the roadbed eroded. The 4 km section from Km1211 to Km1215 has the roadbed eroded and deviated by 4m. The construction conditions are difficult, with only one entrance being the railway. It is expected that the road will be restored to 5km/h at 6pm on November 27. The water has receded in some locations, and the unit is actively working to restore the road as soon as possible on November 25.
Also due to the floods, the railway industry has stopped running 44 passenger trains, more than 21,000 tickets have to be refunded. Many passenger and freight trains are having to stop along the way. Currently, only 5 passenger trains have to stop at Dieu Tri (SE1 is 145 passengers) and Thap Cham (SE8 is 19 passengers since November 19). Because the roads are also paralyzed, the railway industry has served free main meals: 9400; Side meals: 6100 for passengers.
