Digital Human Resources Job Fair Expected to Attract 20,000 Students in Ho Chi Minh City

The 17th Internship and Job Fair 2025 of Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City includes many activities lasting throughout May and the highlight is the festival held on Sunday, May 18.

This year, the festival has the theme "Digital Human Resources - The Key to Success in the AI ​​Era", according to the leaders of Ho Chi Minh City Banking University, demonstrating the school's support for the trend of digital transformation and technologicalization of the workforce to adapt to the era of technology and artificial intelligence.

The fair helps students to get early access to economic and business organizations; helps them to better understand the activities of industries, fields, and business activities. Thereby, continuing to orient their careers and helping students to study better during their time in the classroom.

This is also an opportunity for students to seek internship or job opportunities after graduation, and for businesses to approach and recruit quality human resources.

The festival is organized with a scale of more than 100 booths designed according to 3 main "streets" of activities including:

Internship and job street with 60 booths from leading domestic and foreign enterprises in the fields of finance, banking, technology, logistics,...

Book Street and Cultural Products with 15 booths, organized into Book Week from May 18 to May 22, with many specialized books and talk shows inspiring reading culture.

Student cultural exchange street with 35 booths from student clubs and organizations; is a creative playground, connecting culture and developing soft skills.

In addition, there are also areas of street music , food, games and many other exciting interactive activities.

In addition to exhibition and recruitment activities, the program also organizes seminars on the theme of the festival, CV & interview skills workshops, and direct interview activities.

With diverse and practical activities, the festival of Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City is expected to attract about 20,000 students from the school and universities and colleges in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring areas.

Sharing at the press conference, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Duc Trung, Principal of Ho Chi Minh City Banking University, said that with the requirements of social reality in the digital age, it is now mandatory for human resources to have AI skills, just like 20-25 years ago, Word and Excel skills were needed.

Grasping the trend, Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City is at the forefront of opening majors in Fintech (financial technology), data science, and artificial intelligence. All other majors at the school are also related to technology.

Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City also plans to grant AI certificates to students. Graduates will meet the necessary requirements for expertise, English, and digital skills.
