The 76 sets of martyrs' remains collected this time are the result of the tireless efforts of the Collection Team under the Nghe An Provincial Military Command. In addition, there is a great contribution from the close attention of the Party Committees, authorities at all levels, armed forces and especially the wholehearted and valuable help, both material and spiritual, from the Lao ethnic people in general, as well as the authorities and people of the three provinces of Xieng Khouang, Vientiane and Xay Xom Bun in particular.

It was this unity and joint efforts that motivated the soldiers to successfully complete their mission, bringing the heroic martyrs back to their homeland after many years of separation.
