* The People's Committee of Nghe An province proposed to reclaim land to carry out 17 projects in 4 localities. Of the 17 projects, 14 are related to infrastructure, land division, residential area construction, and the remaining 3 are upgrading and expanding roads, cemetery construction, and production development investment projects.
