* On the morning of September 27, during the working program in Nghe An, comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court worked with the two-level People's Court of Nghe An province.
* On September 27, US Ambassador to Vietnam Marc Knapper, along with members of the Embassy delegation, visited Nghe An ; The delegation visited and offered flowers and incense at the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site; and worked with the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province.
* On September 27, in Hanoi , the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union held the 7th National Ceremony to commend outstanding youth following Uncle Ho's teachings in 2023 with the participation of 420 delegates from all over the country. Of which, Nghe An province has 14 delegates. These are cadres, union members, and youth with outstanding achievements, works, inventions, and initiatives in the fields they are studying, working, and working in.
* Due to the impact of heavy rain from September 26-27, 2023, many roads were flooded and landslides occurred, cutting off traffic in mountainous districts of Nghe An. Heavy rain flooded 31 bridges and roads. Of which, 14 were on national highways; 17 were on provincial roads; 13 were closed on national highways and 16 were on provincial roads.
* Hundreds of hectares of winter crops were deeply submerged in floodwaters... were the damages recorded in the districts: Dien Chau district, Vinh city, Thanh Chuong, Anh Son, Tan Ky and Con Cuong. In Ky Son, floodwaters were raging right in the center of town.
* With the spirit of "Serving the People", the Police and Border Guard forces of Nghe An province have coordinated with local authorities to deploy many solutions to ensure the safety of people's lives and property, overcome the consequences of floods, gradually restore production and stabilize life.
