On November 19, Ben Luc Commune Police, Tay Ninh Province completed the procedures to hand over a wallet containing many personal documents and cash to Mr. Truong Phuoc Thien (residing in My Yen Commune, Tay Ninh Province).
This is the wallet that Mr. Thien dropped on the way to work and was picked up by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh (born in 1985, from Dak Lak ) and handed over to the police. Receiving the wallet containing many important documents and cash still intact, Mr. Thien was extremely grateful for Ms. Thanh's actions and noble gesture.

When returning the property, Ms. Thanh said that her hometown is Dak Lak but because of difficult life, she came to Tay Ninh to sell lottery tickets to make a living. The day she found the wallet, Ms. Thanh was trying to sell all the remaining lottery tickets because it was almost time to return the tickets.
Seeing the large amount of money inside, Ms. Thanh thought that the person who lost the wallet was also very worried, even though it was difficult, they could not be greedy for lost things. So without thinking twice, Ms. Thanh brought the wallet to the commune police station to hand it over to help find the owner.
Although difficult, Ms. Thanh's act of not being greedy for lost property should be commended, replicated, and spread.
