“Thanh Hoa City – Hoi An City Cultural Week” in 2025 takes place from April 25 to May 1 with many cultural, artistic and sports activities, introducing and displaying OCOP products and typical agricultural products of the two cities and two provinces.
The entire park is filled with flags, colorful lanterns, and vividly recreated miniatures of Hoi An ancient town.
Thanh Hoa City residents, from adults to children, were eager to participate in the event.
Trinh Thi Hong (Thanh Hoa City) said: "The event had many interesting activities, especially I really liked the area displaying documents and typical images of Thanh Hoa City - Hoi An City past and present. Here I learned and learned many interesting and meaningful images about the heroic history of Thanh Hoa City."
Many people gathered at the colorful Hoi An ancient town simulation house to take souvenir photos together.
On this occasion, Ms. Cao Thi Xuan (Lam Son ward, Thanh Hoa city) shared: "The event took place during the days when the whole country was eagerly celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the reunification of the country, so my friends and I decided to wear the red flag with yellow star shirt to Hoi An park to take pictures, both to show our patriotism and to preserve beautiful memories."
In addition to fun and entertainment activities, the event has the participation of many outstanding OCOP products of Thanh Hoa province.
The event is not only an opportunity for Thanh Hoa City people to discover the beauty of Hoi An but also an opportunity for them to express their love for their homeland and pride in their national cultural identity.
“Thanh Hoa City – Hoi An City Cultural Week” is an event in a series of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, the reunification of the country and the 64th anniversary of the twinning of the two cities.
