People in Doan Ket and My Dong villages reported that the drainage channel through Dai Ha dike and the embankment of Luoc river has not received investment attention, causing landslides and erosion, directly affecting people's lives. Some households in An Phong village requested the district to completely resolve the problems of 8 households who bought land from the People's Committee of the old Tien Phong commune but have not been granted "red books" for 30 years; support funding to reissue "red books" for households that have donated land for road construction. People in Tien Dong village requested the electricity sector to support people in moving electric poles during the process of expanding roads; pay attention to investing in electricity system infrastructure, limiting power outages for long periods of time...
In addition, some people have reported that the allocation of funds to support the construction of village cultural houses is slow. Public works and headquarters after the commune merger are left with weeds growing wild, causing waste. Garbage collection and waste classification at source are facing many difficulties due to lack of funds...
At the meeting and dialogue, comrade Nhu Van Cuc, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Mien district requested the District Irrigation Works Exploitation Enterprise and Hong Phong commune to coordinate in inspecting the landslide locations on the Luoc River embankment and the canal leading to Dai Ha dike. Then report and advise the District People's Committee to promptly resolve the issue, ensuring safety for people during the flood season. Regarding 8 households that have not been granted "red books" for 30 years because the previous Hong Phong commune People's Committee sold land without authority. The district is focusing on removing obstacles for these households.
Regarding issues related to electricity, traffic, environment... representatives of specialized departments of Thanh Mien district answered and clarified each issue that people were concerned about.
