As of May 26, the number of users of the GoBus TPHCM mini app on Zalo reached more than 245,000 people, generating more than 261,000 visits.

Evaluating the record number of users after only 1 month of launching the GoBus TPHCM mini app on Zalo, Mr. Le Hoan - Deputy Director of the Public Transport Management Center - Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport said that the Public Transport Management Center team has made the right efforts in applying the right technology platform to deploy the mini app.

“The GoBus TPHCM mini app has reached more than 245,000 users after just over a month of deployment on Zalo, showing that this model effectively meets people's needs. From here, public transport in Ho Chi Minh City has met the criteria: smart, convenient, economical, comfortable and minimizes environmental pollution, so people increasingly appreciate this form of travel,” said Mr. Le Hoan.
