Since the beginning of 2025, Dong Thap province has had more than 1,700 workers going abroad to work for a limited period under contracts. Dong Thap Employment Service Center (DVVL) has played a key role in coordinating consultation, propaganda and mobilizing workers to participate in the program. After the merger, promoting existing advantages, Dong Thap Service Center has expanded its consulting space, mobilizing workers to participate in programs to work abroad for a limited period under contracts. Actively coordinating with units, localities, companies, and unions to organize a variety of activities such as: Seminars, workshops, meetings with relatives of workers working abroad for a limited period under contracts; visiting and supporting workers whose contracts have expired and who return home and wish to find jobs or start a business...

Through these activities, the leaders of Dong Thap Employment Service Center meet, exchange, and promptly grasp the advantages, difficulties, and aspirations of workers and their relatives regarding loan support policies and income levels when working abroad to confidently register to participate.

For workers who are studying orientation and foreign languages ​​at training affiliated units, Dong Thap Service Center regularly organizes delegations to visit and encourage workers and meet with companies and unions to connect and advocate for support policies for workers.

In addition, to help workers have accurate information about the program of working abroad for a limited period under contract and save time and travel costs, Dong Thap Employment Service Center regularly organizes Job Transaction (GDVL) sessions in many communes and wards throughout the province.

The vocational training sessions not only take place in a lively space but also contain many messages about career orientation, employment, and success in life when choosing to work abroad for a limited period. Therefore, each vocational training session attracts a large number of students and people who want to learn a trade or find a job in, outside the province, or abroad to participate.

In Tan Ho Co commune, the recently organized GDVL session attracted more than 200 workers and secondary school students to directly discuss the needs of vocational training, employment, working abroad for a limited period under contract; registering for interview schedules with recruiting units...

In particular, at each employment service session, Dong Thap Employment Service Center also combines consulting and supporting new job introductions for unemployed workers, helping workers find suitable jobs with high income when choosing to work abroad for a limited period under contract.

Dong Thap Service Center also regularly supports communes and wards in the province to update new information about orders, workplaces, and labor recruitment needs for temporary work abroad to local people.

From the information provided by Dong Thap Service Center, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio- political organizations of communes and wards regularly grasp the circumstances of each household and young people of working age in the area to mobilize and encourage registration to go abroad to work under contract.

According to Dong Thap Employment Service Center, currently the demand for recruiting workers inside and outside the province, especially the demand for recruiting workers to work abroad for a limited period of time, is large, with a variety of industries, occupations, ages, and incomes, with many support policies that are beneficial to workers.

Therefore, Dong Thap Public Service Center proactively coordinates with relevant units and local authorities to regularly inform people about new recruitment needs.

At the same time, implement the province's support policy for Dong Thap workers when they go to work abroad, and encourage workers to strictly comply with the laws of the host country.
