Mr. Nguyen Tan Binh was the Principal of Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine, Director of Ho Chi Minh City Blood Transfusion and Hematology Hospital, Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health . Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Trong Hao is Vice Chairman of the Council. Mr. Nguyen Trong Hao is currently Secretary of the Party Committee of Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine.
