Principles of arranging commune-level administrative units in Hai Duong

In implementing the arrangement and reorganization of commune-level administrative units, it is necessary to carefully consider specific factors regarding historical traditions, culture, ethnicity, religion, beliefs, customs and practices, and connection to the historical relic system; ensuring national defense, security, order, social safety, and socio-economic development of the locality.

The reorganization process ensures compliance with Central regulations, closely follows the principles and standards according to new regulations to establish communes and wards after the reorganization, creating uninterrupted links between administrative units, interconnecting units, and promoting socio-economic development.

When developing a project or arrangement plan, choose the headquarters of a central administrative unit as the headquarters of the new administrative unit after the arrangement.

The name must be short, easy to remember, associated with the name of the district-level administrative unit, retain historical and cultural values ​​for identification and be numbered in order.
