In addition to the poetry collections written about Uncle Ho over the years, recently, teacher Ta Chi Tao has started designing a solemn display model at home about the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh . Up to now, he has basically completed the first phase to launch it in time for the anniversary of the day Uncle Ho left to find a way to save the country (June 5, 1911) and the day President Ho Chi Minh issued the "Call for Patriotic Emulation" (June 11, 1948).

Visiting the work of teacher Ta Chi Tao, the first image that caught my eye was a beautifully printed banner with the words "Destination with Uncle Ho"; on the left is a photo of Uncle Ho on National Day (September 2, 1945), on the right is a statue of President Ho Chi Minh in Dai Doan Ket Square (Pleiku City). On both sides of the entrance are a series of rooms displaying images of Uncle Ho's revolutionary life. I observed that many photos of Uncle Ho were printed in newspapers, magazines, journals... with very beautiful colors. In addition, Mr. Tao also took the trouble to search for and collect many photos and articles about Uncle Ho printed in magazines in 63 provinces and cities across the country.
Entering the exhibition room, hundreds of books by prestigious domestic and foreign authors and publishers about Uncle Ho and his works are carefully arranged and wrapped. Opposite these two rooms is the space displaying thousands of photos, articles, magazines... in many fields of research about President Ho Chi Minh; poems, literature and writings from his childhood until Uncle Ho passed away...
In our opinion, this is a new model, contributing to helping local people and tourists have the opportunity to learn and study Uncle Ho's ideology, morality and style. Because, as the late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong said: "Uncle Ho is the embodiment of the Vietnamese nation and all Vietnamese people see themselves in Ho Chi Minh".
In the exhibition space at Mr. Tao's "Destination with Uncle Ho", I paid special attention to the latest 5-volume novel series that Associate Professor-PhD Nguyen The Ky has invested 20 years of effort to launch, called "Nuoc non van dam". Of which, volume 1 (Nuoc non) was published in 2022, and volume 5 (Vietnam-Ho Chi Minh) was released on the 135th birthday of Uncle Ho (May 19, 2025) and also the occasion to summarize 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.
If we go back in time, Mr. Doan Minh Phung - former Editor-in-Chief of Gia Lai Newspaper once had an article that won third prize at the writing contest "Excellent typical good people, good deeds" of Gia Lai province for the 4th time in 2022-2023 about Mr. Ta Chi Tao. In it, a touching idea emerged that although Mr. Tao was seriously ill, he tried to overcome it thanks to his belief in Uncle Ho. Not only that, despite being in such a situation, Mr. Tao still used part of his retirement savings, through the Red Cross Society and My Thach Pagoda, to support the construction of a house for a poor Jrai family in Orung village, Ia Ko commune, Chu Se district.
Recently, Mr. Tao was also invited by the Provincial Literature and Arts Association to introduce the author and his works to teachers and students of Phan Boi Chau High School (Pleiku City). He introduced the 5th and 6th poetry collections he wrote about Uncle Ho, which will be printed and released in 2024 and 2025. Recently, Mr. Tao also donated artifacts related to Uncle Ho to the Provincial Museum.
I sincerely share the joy with you and hope that the model "Destination with Uncle Ho" at home will continue to be nurtured, improve the quantity and quality as well as promote the highest efficiency to serve and spread more and more.
