Pharmacity Pharmacy proactively recalls products of Herbitech Company and its affiliates.

On May 13, Pharmacity Pharmacy issued a statement on the measures it has taken to ensure that consumers in Vietnam always receive the highest quality products.

Pharmacity Pharmacy has recalled all products related to Herbitech Company and its affiliates.

Specifically, immediately after receiving recommendations from the authorities regarding two products of Herbitech Technology Company Limited (Herbitech Company), Baby Shark and Medi Kid Calcium K2, Pharmacity Pharmacy recalled all products related to Herbitech Company and its affiliates. In addition, Pharmacity Pharmacy proactively suspended business and recalled products manufactured by Herbitech Company, including:

1. PMC Blood Activator

2. PMC Gingko Biloba

3. PMC Joint Care

4. PMC Liver Support

These products are registered, announced, distributed by Hoang Giang Saigon Pharmaceutical Company Limited and are responsible for product quality.

However, according to Pharmacity Pharmacy, before and during the distribution of the above products, Pharmacity Pharmacy still proactively spends money to periodically check product quality at the VNTest Quality Control and Testing Institute - a prestigious science and technology organization under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, licensed by the Ministry of Science and Technology .

Independent inspection reports and inspection reports provided by Hoang Giang Saigon Pharmaceutical Company Limited to Pharmacity Pharmacy, the results show that the quality of all 4 products meet the standards according to the declaration documents licensed by the Department of Food Safety ( Ministry of Health ).

Although there is no official conclusion from the authorities, Pharmacity Pharmacy has decided to temporarily suspend the sale of 4 functional food products, with the highest goal of ensuring the health and safety of consumers; at the same time, demonstrating Pharmacity Pharmacy's commitment to strictly comply with legal regulations on product quality standards.
