The results show that the people highly agree with the policy of rearranging administrative units, ready for the historic moment, to successfully carry out the revolution of streamlining the organizational apparatus.

With a spirit of determination, urgency and democracy, in just 2 days, Te Lo commune, Yen Lac district completed the organization of collecting opinions from voters representing households on the Project to rearrange administrative units at the provincial and communal levels with a very high consensus rate of nearly 100%.

Yen Lac district identifies propaganda work as one of the important contents to create high unity in the entire political system and social consensus to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on administrative unit arrangement.

According to the synthesis of the People's Committee of Yen Lac district , the result of collecting voters' opinions on the policy of arranging commune-level administrative units of Yen Lac district reached a rate of 97.7% of voters agreeing. The result of collecting voters' opinions on the policy of merging the three provinces of Vinh Phuc, Hoa Binh, Phu Tho, the rate of 97.8% of voters agreeing.

According to the project to arrange commune-level administrative units in 2025 of the province, Vinh Phuc will arrange 121 commune-level administrative units to establish 36 new commune-level administrative units with 32 communes and 4 wards, reducing over 70% of commune-level administrative units; According to the project to merge the 3 provinces of Vinh Phuc, Hoa Binh, Phu Tho to establish 01 new province called Phu Tho province.
