Chataporn Sriphonla in Thailand woke up after being declared dead by medical staff.

On board the bus were medical staff and Chataporn’s mother, Mali. When the bus reached Ban Dung district of Udon Thani province, medical staff discovered that Chataporn had stopped breathing and died. Mali was very sad and called her relatives to inform them of the bad news. Everyone thought that Chataporn had died from her battle with liver cancer.

According to Thai Buddhist tradition, the deceased must be cremated as soon as possible. Therefore, instead of returning home, the bus was diverted to Wat Sri Phadung Pattana Buddhist temple in Ban Dung district for funeral rites. There, Chataporn’s body will be kept overnight before being embalmed.

The family contacted and ordered a coffin, and coordinated with the temple staff to prepare the funeral rites. However, the next series of events left the family extremely shocked.

Ms. Chataporn, who was thought to be dead, suddenly gasped and opened her eyes in the car. This shocked everyone in the car. Although still surprised when her daughter woke up, Mrs. Mali once again picked up the phone to call her family to inform them that Ms. Chataporn was alive.

Ms. Chataporn was then taken to the Ban Dung Crown Prince Hospital in Ban Dung district for care. She is currently being cared for by her daughter. However, she is still fighting the disease.

"My daughter is being treated in hospital but the doctor said her chances of survival are slim. I want to spend my last moments with my family, so I arranged to bring my daughter back home," Mali shared.

"Everyone at home was shocked by the incident but believed that my daughter Chataporn tried to stay to see all her children one last time," she added.

"Dead people" suddenly coming back to life also happens occasionally in some places around the world . Recently, on June 9, an old woman named Bella Montoya (76 years old) in Ecuador was confirmed dead by the doctor. However, when she was put in the coffin, she suddenly came back to life.

The old woman scratched the coffin and was carried out by people. However, she was then taken to hospital and died a week later, according to The Sun.
