(NLDO) - Many officials and leaders of the Civil Enforcement Department of Quang Binh province are being held accountable and are being recommended for disciplinary action due to violations in enforcement work.

On February 12th, the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee announced that it had held a meeting to review and conclude on several important issues related to the inspection of suspected violations at the Provincial Civil Enforcement Department.

The Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission conducted an investigation into suspected violations by the Party Committee of the Provincial Civil Enforcement Department, term 2020-2025, and related individuals, including Mr. Tran Phuong Nam - former Party Secretary and former Deputy Director, and Mr. Mai Cong Danh - former Party Committee member and former Director.

The inspection results show that the Party Committee of the Civil Enforcement Department of Quang Binh province has committed violations and shortcomings in failing to advise the Party Committee to lead cadres and Party members in complying with the directives of the General Department of Civil Enforcement and Inspection Conclusion No. 36/KL-TTR dated July 1, 2024, of the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Justice .

Specifically, there were irregularities in the suspension of the enforcement of the judgment at the request of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank and the temporary suspension of Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan - Head of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Dong Hoi City.

The Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission determined that the primary responsibility lies with the Party Committee of the Provincial Civil Enforcement Department. Specifically, the responsibility for leadership rests with Mr. Tran Phuong Nam, while the responsibility for direct supervision lies with Mr. Mai Cong Danh.

In addition, advisory responsibilities relate to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy - Deputy Secretary in charge of the Party Branch, Deputy Director in charge; Tran Quy Hoai - Party Committee member, Deputy Director; Dao Thi Hong - Deputy Head of the Department in charge of Professional and Enforcement Organization; and Doan Thi Thuy Nga - Head of the Inspection, Complaint and Denunciation Resolution Department.

The Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission unanimously agreed to review and assess the responsibility of the Party Committee of the Provincial Civil Enforcement Department and individuals Mr. Tran Phuong Nam and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy.

Consider and handle disciplinary action against Mr. Mai Cong Danh; conduct a review and learn from the experience regarding Mr. Tran Quy Hoai. Request the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc of Quang Binh Province to direct the review and learn from the experience of the two party members involved.

We propose that the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice lead and direct the handling of administrative disciplinary actions in accordance with regulations against the leaders of the Quang Binh Provincial Civil Enforcement Department who have shortcomings and violations.
