At the program, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union - Chairwoman of the Provincial Youth Union Council Vo Thi Phuong Dieu reviewed the meaning of International Children's Day. According to Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Vo Thi Phuong Dieu, in recent times, the Provincial Youth Union, Association and Young Pioneers have organized many rich, useful and practical activities for children, contributing to the comprehensiveeducation of the province's children, helping them develop in morality, intelligence, physical strength and aesthetics. So that the young buds of the homeland can grow strongly, become useful citizens for society and contribute to the homeland in the near future.

The program featured lion dance performances, lively children's singing and dancing performances, quizzes with prizes and propaganda on drowning prevention for children. In particular, a painting contest with the theme " Ben Tre Children - Obeying Uncle Ho's teachings" took place. The contest attracted a large number of children from districts and cities to participate.
Through the contest, we aim to create a healthy playground, promote children's talents and creativity; at the same time, create conditions for them to express their feelings for beloved Uncle Ho, as well as send their dreams and beliefs in studying and life. (The contest will have a summary session later).
Students participated in the painting contest with the theme "Ben Tre Children - Obeying Uncle Ho's teachings".
On this occasion, Ben Tre Young Entrepreneurs Association and Saigon Tam Duc Dental System supported 20 school supplies (worth 500 thousand VND/scholarship); Sense City Trade Center, Vietnam Youth Union of the province, Binh Tay Bitex Import-Export Joint Stock Company supported 20 scholarships (worth 800 thousand VND/scholarship) for children and students in difficult circumstances.
The organizers presented flowers and thank you letters to the sponsors.
