Some other majors of the school have low benchmark scores such as environmental science 19 points, environmental engineering technology 19, geology 19.5, oceanography 20.

However, besides the majors with high benchmark scores, in 2024 there were also majors with easy scores of just over 7 points that were admitted, such as applied biology with 21.9 points, Russian language with 22 points, and French language with 22.7 points.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy, the highest admission score based on graduation score is 27.8 (average of 9.3 points per subject). The lowest score is public health with 21.45 (average of 7.15 points per subject).
At the University of Technology (Ho Chi Minh City National University), the highest and lowest admission scores for this school have a large difference in the admission method combining multiple criteria.
The highest benchmark score is 84.16/100 points in computer science. Meanwhile, the major with the lowest benchmark score of the school is construction geotechnical engineering with only 55.38 points, a difference of 28.78 points. According to many admissions experts, the top schools with scores above the benchmark may remain stable or decrease slightly. The middle and top schools with scores below the benchmark this year may decrease by 1-2 points.
