(NLDO) - On the afternoon of July 24, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law announced the minimum scores for admission to regular university admission methods in 2025.

This year, the minimum score for Ho Chi Minh City University of Law ranges from 16 to 22 points, depending on the major and admission combination. This score includes priority points for regions and subjects according to regulations. In 2024, the minimum score for the school is from 20 to 24 points. Although the minimum score this year has decreased, the law major still holds the highest position.

Specifically, the law major has a minimum score of 22 points in the C00 group (literature, history, geography) and the X78 group (English, literature, history); the international trade law major also has a minimum score of 20-22 points; the administration - law major has a minimum score of 18.5-21 points (depending on the group). The remaining majors have a minimum score of 16 points.

The school notes that candidates (including candidates who have registered for admission by early methods) must officially register their wishes on the Ministry of Education and Training's system at https://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn or through the National Public Service Portal.

Admission scores are determined according to registered wishes "from high to low until the quota is full" and are not lower than the floor score; admission scores are considered equally, based only on the admission score criteria (including bonus points, regional priority points and policy target priority points), regardless of the order of registered wishes; no secondary criteria are used to select successful candidates (in case there are many candidates with the same admission score at the end of the list).

The deadline for application registration is 5:00 p.m. on July 28. Application fees will be paid online from July 29 to 5:00 p.m. on August 5.
