According to Booking.com's 2025 Travel Trends Report, 62% of Vietnamese travelers plan to travel domestically alone. On Singles' Day, November 11, the platform has suggested a list of destinations suitable for solo trips.
Phu Quoc is recommended as a perfect stopover. A day here can start with kayaking on Cua Can River, visiting a honeybee farm, night squid fishing or watching the sunset at Dinh Cau Cape.
If you are feeling more adventurous, you can join an island- exploring boat tour that combines snorkeling, visiting three small islands in the An Thoi archipelago and enjoying a fresh seafood lunch right on the boat.

Tokyo (Japan) is a paradise for those who love modern urban life. Up to 45% of Vietnamese tourists said they wanted to visit a big city during their upcoming vacation, and Tokyo is the top choice.
