Ninh Son completes the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses

Implementing the emulation movement "Joining hands to repair and rebuild houses nationwide in 2025", through screening, in Ninh Son district, there are 273 houses that need to be repaired or rebuilt (218 newly built, 55 repaired), Ma Noi commune alone has 127 newly built houses (no repairs), accounting for 46.5% of the total number of houses in the district. Deployed since April 2025 and determined to complete in May 2025, the Steering Committee of the District's Repair and Upgrade Program and communes in the district have focused on leading and directing the implementation in a timely and drastic manner, with high political determination, regularly checking, urging, reminding, and correcting. By May 25, 2025, the district had completed the program and exceeded the set schedule, reaching 100% of the plan. Specifically: 22 houses for meritorious people (8 newly built, 14 repaired), 43 houses for the socio-economic development program for ethnic minority areas (newly built), 208 houses for the temporary house removal program (167 newly built, 41 repaired); total disbursed capital is 18,918 billion VND.

In addition to the state budget, each house in the district also has the cooperation and contribution of officials, party members, businesses and people. Accordingly, the whole district mobilized 1,520 working days, materials equivalent to over 1.6 billion VND, families contributed nearly 8.9 billion VND. As a result, the minimum area of each house is guaranteed to be over 32 square meters, the minimum value of each house is over 100 million VND/house.

On this occasion, the leaders of Ninh Son District People's Committee presented house handover plaques and gifts to 53 households in Ma Noi Commune and announced the completion of the Campaign "60 days and nights of implementing the XNT and NDN Program in the district".
