Announcement of decision on transfer and appointment of Director of Social Insurance Region XXIV

On the morning of June 3, in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam Social Security (VSS) held a conference to announce and hand over decisions on personnel work of the Social Security Region XXIV - a newly established unit based on the merger of Khanh Hoa Provincial Social Security and Ninh Thuan Provincial Social Security. Attending the conference were Mr. Tran Dinh Lieu, Deputy Director of Vietnam Social Security; Mr. Nguyen Long Bien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Dinh Van Thieu, Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.

At the conference, representatives of Vietnam Social Security announced the decisions on the transfer and appointment of leaders and managers of Social Security Region XXIV. Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Manh Tu, Director of Social Security Region Ninh Thuan, was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of Social Security Region XXIV from June 1, 2025. Messrs. Pham Xuan Hai, Vo Thanh Trung, and Nguyen Trung Thanh were transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Directors of Social Security Region XXIV at the same time.

Vietnam and Khanh Hoa province presented decisions and flowers to congratulate the comrades who were transferred and appointed.

In his speech assigning tasks, Mr. Tran Dinh Lieu, Deputy Director of Vietnam Social Security, requested the collective leadership and staff of Social Security Region XXIV to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, quickly stabilizing the organization, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of operations; being proactive in management, contributing to ensuring social security in the area. Mr. Nguyen Long Bien, Vice Chairman of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee, requested that in his position as Director of Social Security Region XXIV, Mr. Nguyen Manh Tu should proactively develop plans, coordinate effectively with sectors and localities to successfully complete the tasks; continue to develop social security participants, ensuring social security for the people. In addition, Social Security needs to pay attention to the lives of civil servants and employees from Ninh Thuan to Khanh Hoa to work, helping everyone feel secure in their work, contributing to the socio -economic development of the locality.
