Recognizing the urgency and importance of the Government's Project 06, as a standing agency, in recent times, Kinh Dinh Ward Police have focused on advising and directing the drastic, synchronous and flexible implementation of solutions to mobilize the entire political system to effectively implement Project 06. Assigning specific tasks to each department, branch, organization, and neighborhood for implementation. The task of the working groups is to propagate and guide people to fully understand the issuance and use of electronic identification (ED), utilities through electronic chip-embedded citizen identification cards (CCCD), and VNeID application.
In addition to propaganda work on the ward's loudspeaker system, visual propaganda such as slogans, billboards, posters, the ward police also coordinate with departments, branches, organizations, members of the community working group "going to every alley, knocking on every door, going to every household" to propagate Project 06. Thereby, helping people understand the benefits and values when using electronic chip-embedded ID cards and registering for mobile phone accounts, thereby actively participating. Registration for electronic chip-embedded ID cards and level 2 mobile phone accounts plays a particularly important role in the process of building a digital government, serving people better and better. Through chip-embedded ID cards and level 2 mobile phone accounts, people can perform many online public services such as permanent and temporary residence registration, birth and death registration, issuance and exchange of documents... in a convenient, fast, transparent and accurate manner, without having to submit many documents or travel many times as before. This is also a tool to authenticate citizens' identities in the electronic environment, helping to reduce hassle, save time and costs, and at the same time improve the efficiency of state management. In particular, the integration of personal information, insurance, health , tax, bank accounts, etc. into the CCCD and VNeID application also contributes to the formation of digital citizens in the future, gradually realizing the goal of comprehensive digital transformation in the area. Not only supporting people to access online public services conveniently, the Ward Police force also helps people better understand the benefits of using mobile phone accounts in handling administrative procedures.
Ms. Nguyen Vu Thuy Tien, Kinh Dinh Ward, shared: Previously, when I went to register for permanent residence, I had to go directly to the police headquarters, wait for a long time and prepare many types of documents. Now, thanks to the enthusiastic guidance of the ward police officers , I know how to use a mobile phone account to submit an application online. The steps are very simple, fast, save time and no longer have to go back and forth many times; the information is clear, transparent and accurate. After being instructed, I can easily do it at home, without having to go to the ward to register.
Along with promoting propaganda and guiding people to use online public services, Kinh Dinh Ward Police also regularly reviews, updates, and supplements population information to the national population database, ensuring "correct, sufficient, clean, and alive". Up to now, 100% of citizens with permanent residence in the ward have been issued chip-embedded CCCD cards and activated level 2 mobile phone accounts. Major Tran Quoc Hoan, Deputy Head of Kinh Dinh Ward Police, said: As the standing agency in implementing Project 06 of the locality, we proactively do a good job of advising local Party committees and authorities in specifying the goals and tasks of the Project; At the same time, closely coordinate with departments, branches and organizations to promote propaganda to raise people's awareness of the meaning and importance of Project 06. In particular, focus on guiding people to clearly understand the regulations and benefits of using electronic chip-embedded ID cards and mobile phone codes in handling administrative procedures, permanent and temporary residence registration, as well as other online public services. Attaching practical benefits to each specific situation such as: Integrating information for medical examination and treatment without having to carry a health insurance card, using ID cards to conduct banking transactions, quickly looking up personal information... has helped people easily visualize and trust, thereby proactively participating. In particular, permanent residence registration can now be done quickly and accurately through mobile phone accounts, saving time, reducing hassle and avoiding the situation of incorrect documents that need to be edited many times. In the coming time, the unit will continue to improve the effectiveness of propaganda work, increase direct support for people, especially the elderly and those who are not familiar with technology, so that no one is left behind in the digital transformation process.
