The People's Council of Ninh Thuan province has just passed a Resolution approving the List of land plots for bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land until 2025 in Ninh Thuan province at the 27th Session of the 11th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, taking place on the morning of June 26.
According to the report presented by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phu, Director of the Department of Finance of Ninh Thuan province, 17 land plots were auctioned to select investors to carry out investment projects using land.
Of which, 2 land plots are used for bidding for urban and rural residential area projects; 15 land plots are used for bidding for projects according to specialized legal regulations.
The 2 land plots for bidding for urban and rural residential area projects were implemented in Phan Rang - Thap Cham City (formerly) as Phuoc My 2 Urban Area (phase 1) in Phuoc My ward with a project scale of 20.60 hectares.
The new Northeast urban area (area K3) in My Binh ward has an area of 58.96 hectares.
15 land plots for bidding on projects by specialized fields have up to 12 projects in the energy field, which is solar power.
Specifically, Thuan Nam district has Hacom Solar Power Phase 2 (50 MW) covering 72 hectares; Phuoc Ninh Solar Power Phase 2 expansion (50 MW) covering 60 hectares; Nhi Ha Solar Farm (50 MW) covering 115 hectares and Nui Mot Lake Wind Power covering 17.5 hectares.
Ninh Phuoc district has Ninh Phuoc 1 Solar Power Phase 2 (49.9 MW) covering 71 hectares; Phuoc Huu 2 Solar Power (184 MW) covering 265 hectares; Ninh Phuoc 6.3 Solar Power (50 MW) covering 72 hectares.
Bac Ai district has Phuoc Trung Solar Power Plant (40 MW) covering an area of 60 hectares; Bac Ai 7 Song Cai Lake Solar Power Plant (60 MW) covering an area of 85 hectares; Song Sat Lake Solar Power Plant (70 MW) covering an area of 100 hectares.
Ninh Son district has 2 projects: Song Than Lake Solar Power (50 MW) covering 60 hectares and Ninh Son 1 Solar Power (73.5 MW) covering 105 hectares.
The remaining 3 plots of land belong to other specialized fields, including the Seafood Processing Facility at Lot 79, 80, 81, Functional Area C l, Ca Na Fishing Port Expansion, Ca Na Commune, Thuan Nam District, with an area of 0.287 hectares; Kindergarten (MN-02) of Binh Son - Ninh Chu Coastal Urban Area, Phan Rang - Thap Cham City, with an area of 0.31 hectares; and High-tech Medicinal Plant Cultivation in Bac Ai District, with an area of 11.07 hectares.
According to the assessment of the Economic - Budget Committee, Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Council, 12 energy land plots are all assessed to be in accordance with the adjustment of the National Power Development Plan for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister; in accordance with district-level land use planning; and on the Priority List for Investment Calling of Ninh Thuan Province.
