According to the reporter of Cong Thuong Newspaper, these days, the service of selling ornamental plants on motorbikes is quite active on many streets of Hanoi Capital. Sellers only need to pack or make an aluminum frame to be able to carry about 20 small flower and bonsai trees for sale; for large trees, they carry 1-2 trees. Some people choose to go into each street, small alley to sell; some people stop their motorbikes to sell on streets specializing in selling ornamental plants such as: Hoang Hoa Tham Street, Lac Long Quan Street...

Mr. Nguyen Van Kien (from Hoai Duc district, Hanoi) said that every day he wakes up at 5am to go to the garden to choose some suitable trees to sell. His income in the last month of the year from selling trees on his motorbike is about 20 million VND. According to a survey by reporters, the price of the same type of ornamental plants sold on motorbikes is about 10 - 20% cheaper than in stores. Buyers also have more convenience because if there is a need, the seller will deliver the plants to their homes and can support planting the plants...

However, this type of business needs to be managed more closely because transporting bulky plants or stopping vehicles to sell goods on the street can lead to traffic safety risks...
