On June 7, the Supervisory Delegation of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee had a working session with the People's Committee of Phan Rang - Thap Cham City on the recruitment, management, and use of civil servant and public employee payrolls and labor contracts in the area from 2020 to 2023.

Phan Rang - Thap Cham City has 16 administrative units; 11 specialized departments and 8 affiliated public service units; the total number of cadres and civil servants assigned by 2024 is 2,232 people.
