After 15 years of work, including 10 years as a management staff, in mid-2021, Tran Thi Thanh Ha was transferred to be the kitchen manager of System 3, Academy of Politics . Recalling the first days of work, in the complicated conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, in her new position, Thanh Ha encountered many difficulties, having to figure out how to serve, ensure delicious food, sweet soup, ensure regimes and policies for 300-400 officers with military ranks from major to colonel, coming from agencies and units throughout the army was not an easy problem.

Major Tran Thi Thanh Ha always upholds responsibility and dedication in her work.

To complete the task well, she actively researched and understood her own responsibilities and duties and the regulations of the industry, mastered the number of soldiers, standards, and food allowances of the subjects, made a meal plan close to the actual tasks of the unit; effectively implemented the monthly financial disclosure regime, ensuring fairness, democracy, and objectivity. Regularly advised the Party Committee and the commander of System 3 to prepare payment and settlement records; made allowance and subsidy estimates for the subjects to ensure both creating the most favorable conditions, and giving the right people, the right jobs, the right norms, and the right standards, without errors or confusion.

Sharing about the assigned work, Major Tran Thi Thanh Ha shared: “The nature of the work requires accuracy, science , caution, responsibility and discipline, because if not careful in collecting and spending, it will not only affect the collective in general but also affect the policies of cadres, students and employees. Therefore, I always proactively advise on the management and effective use of budget resources, food money; allowances for cadres, students and employees correctly, sufficiently and promptly”.

Major of the Military Police Tran Thi Thanh Ha always actively and effectively participates in the movement activities of System 3 and the Academy of Politics.

Not only completing her professional tasks well, Major Tran Thi Thanh Ha also actively participated in the unit's movements. In particular, in 2023, when participating in the Competition for Excellent Women's Union Cadres organized by the Academy of Politics, she and the Women's Union of System 3 won the Third Prize; in 2024, participating in the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" Competition was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Academy's Head; coordinating with the sister unit of La Khe ward, Ha Dong district, Hanoi to participate in the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" Competition organized by the Ha Dong District Party Committee, the unit won the Third Prize, in her position as Vice President of the Women's Union of System 3, she personally won the First Prize in the Propaganda Competition and the Talent Encouragement Prize...
