High school girl dies after collision with tractor trailer

On the afternoon of May 12, a serious traffic accident occurred on Highway 741, through Tan Tra 2 Ward (Tan Binh Ward, Dong Xoai City, Binh Phuoc ) between a tractor trailer and a motorbike, causing a female high school student to die on the spot.

According to initial information, at around 6:00 p.m. the same day, a tractor trailer with license plate 51C - 634.53 was traveling on Highway DT.741 from Dong Xoai City to Ho Chi Minh City. When reaching the section belonging to Tan Tra 2 Quarter, Tan Binh Ward, the vehicle turned left across the road and suddenly collided with a motorbike with license plate 93P2-567.34 driven by NVPV (17 years old, residing in Dong Xoai City, high school student) traveling in the same direction.

After the collision, NVPV fell onto the road, was run over by the tractor-trailer wheel, and died on the spot.

The cause of the accident that killed a high school girl is being investigated.

Upon receiving the news, the Traffic Police of Binh Phuoc Province coordinated with Dong Xoai City Police to arrive at the scene to regulate traffic, investigate, and clarify the cause of the accident that resulted in the death of a female high school student on the spot.
