A pioneering leader in high-tech agriculture.

Vietnam's new-generation female entrepreneur, Ms. Uc My, is recognized for her strategic thinking, innovative spirit, and commitment to sustainable development. Over two decades of experience in the agriculture and finance sectors have given her a deep understanding of the limitations of small-scale production models, low added value, and the instability of Vietnam's agricultural supply chain.

Based on that understanding, she charted a new course for AgriS: transforming from a traditional production enterprise into a platform providing smart agricultural solutions, building a high-tech circular agricultural ecosystem based on three strategic pillars: AgTech – FoodTech – FinTech.

AgriS operates as an Agricultural Operating System – a smart agricultural economic operating system that integrates production, trade, import and export, and agricultural solution services, laying the foundation for Vietnam's first Smart Agro Economy model.

The company aims for revenue of VND 60 trillion and market capitalization of $2.7 billion by 2030, along with a commitment to achieving Net Zero by 2035.

Beyond her managerial role, Ms. Uc My inspires with her knowledge and practical experience. Her book, "Right to Win – The Winning Path for Vietnamese Agriculture," recounts AgriS's pioneering journey in bringing Vietnamese agricultural products to the global market through a comprehensive ESG strategy, while also sharing insightful perspectives on management, leadership, and modern business philosophy.
