OCBS and FPT signed a cooperation agreement to create an AI digital financial ecosystem

OCBS Securities Joint Stock Company and FPT Corporation held a signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding (MOU), initiating comprehensive cooperation in building a modern financial ecosystem on the basis of artificial intelligence (AI) and big data.

Accordingly, FPT will be a partner with OCBS in implementing comprehensive digital solutions to optimize operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

According to the memorandum of understanding, OCBS and FPT agreed to establish a comprehensive cooperation relationship in the field of digital transformation, integrating AI technology into OCBS's management and financial and securities services. The focus of the agreement is to deploy AI products in the FPT ecosystem based on artificial intelligence and Big Data, thereby improving competitiveness, focusing on customer experience, optimizing business efficiency and increasing sustainable value for customers.

Specifically, the cooperation will be implemented in two phases. In the first phase, in 2025, the two sides will focus on testing the PoC of the akaSense product - AI Assistant for investment services, including building, training and integrating AI models directly into the OCBS Invest application. With this system, OCBS investors will soon own an intelligent "virtual assistant" capable of supporting market analysis and making personalized trading recommendations at each point in time.

In the second phase, OCBS and FPT will continue to expand the deployment of technology solutions in the AI ​​ecosystem such as: AI assistant platform - FPT AI Agents, smart voice switchboard - FPT AI Voice Agent, smart document digitization - FPT AI Read and human resource training platform - FPT AI Mentor, with the goal of optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing customer experience.

In addition, according to the memorandum of understanding, OCBS and FPT will continue to promote comprehensive cooperation in many fields such as: telecommunications, information technology, digital infrastructure solutions, advanced technology applications, financial products and services and artificial intelligence (AI) development... This marks an important step forward in the sustainable cooperative relationship between the dynamic securities company OCBS and the global technology group FPT, promising to open up many new breakthroughs in the field of securities finance.
