With the aim of honoring the natural beauty, culture and people of the ancient capital, the Tam Coc – Bich Dong Tourism Management Board has worked hard to prepare a unique and impressive program. “The pink color of Tam Coc” not only affirms Tam Coc’s position as a four-season festival destination, but also serves as a bridge between the past and the present, between tradition and creativity.
Ngo Dong River is one of the scenic spots of Ninh Binh, famous for its green mountains and blue water, a lyrical landscape typical of Northern Vietnam. The river is formed from water in the lagoon area in the limestone mountain system of the Trang An World Heritage Complex. The river originates from the Suoi Tien temple area, winds through the cliffs and lush fields and finally flows into the Vac river system near Vung Tram bridge.

Inspired by the legend of lotus flowers on the Ngo Dong River, “The Pink of Tam Coc 2025” tells a magical love story between fairies and humans, where tears of separation turn into pure flowers blooming among the waves.
The program takes place on November 22 and 23, designed as a lively love song between nature and people. The entire Ngo Dong River will become an open stage, where music , light and boat parade blend into a vibrant festival picture. Hundreds of boats decorated as giant lotus flowers will parade through three Tam Coc caves - Hang Ca, Hang Hai, Hang Ba - to the sound of drums and resounding music.
In addition to the parade and art performances, the program also includes a peace-praying ceremony at Thai Vi Temple, where locals and tourists offer incense and pray for national peace and prosperity and favorable weather - a subtle cultural touch, honoring the unique spiritual values of the ancient capital Hoa Lu.

If “Tam Coc Yellow” has made the mark of Tam Coc in June with its golden rice fields, “Tam Coc Pink” opens a new journey of romance, purity and emotion. This is not only a way to extend the tourist season, but also a strategy for sustainable economic and tourism development, enhancing the experience for tourists and improving the livelihoods of local communities.
