Dong Ngac, Xuan Phuong, Tay Mo, and Phu Dien wards support the people of Central Vietnam.

Together with localities across Hanoi, from 7:30 a.m. today, November 22, officials, party members and people of Dong Ngac, Xuan Phuong, Tay Mo and Phu Dien wards simultaneously organized to support people in the Central and Central Highlands provinces to overcome the consequences of floods.

In Dong Ngac ward, on the morning of November 22, ward officials and civil servants supported people affected by storms, floods and natural disasters with over 150 million VND.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Ngac Ward launched an appeal to support compatriots affected by natural disasters to cadres, party members, people, agencies, units and schools in the whole ward.

Key officials of the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Xuan Phuong Ward also participated in supporting the people of Central Vietnam. At the event, the ward received 36.5 million VND in donations.

Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Xuan Phuong Ward, Do Thien Duc, said that the ward has launched an appeal to support people affected by natural disasters to all cadres, party members, people, agencies, units, and schools in the entire ward.

In Tay Mo ward, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Ngoc Anh said that the ward's cadres, civil servants and public employees had raised 40.85 million VND to support people affected by natural disasters. The ward continued to launch an appeal to support people affected by floods to cadres, party members, people, agencies and schools in the whole ward.

At the launching ceremony to support people affected by storms and floods, Phu Dien ward received nearly 61 million VND. Thereby, the total amount of support up to this point of Phu Dien ward is more than 2.1 billion VND (through 2 support rounds). Previously, Phu Dien ward sent support to people affected by natural disasters to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city in the first round of more than 1.8 billion VND.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Dien Ward calls on each cadre, civil servant, public employee, worker, agency, unit, school, enterprise and people in the area to uphold the spirit of solidarity, "mutual love and affection", "the rich help the poor", join hands to share, help spiritually and materially, and accompany people in storm and flood areas.
