On October 22, Hai Phong City People's Committee held a conference to announce the Decision on personnel work at the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

Accordingly, Mr. Duong Dinh On, Chairman of Hai An District People's Committee, was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of Hai Phong City Department of Natural Resources and Environment. The term of appointment is 5 years.

Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung presented the decision to appoint Mr. Duong Dinh On as Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Tung, Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee, affirmed that Mr. Duong Dinh On is a well-trained officer, fully meeting the standards and conditions of the new position. The Chairman of the City People's Committee requested Mr. Duong Dinh On to unite, make efforts, and be creative with the agency's collective to focus on leading, directing and performing well the assigned tasks.

Previously, the Standing Committee of Hai Phong City Party Committee decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Tran Van Phuong, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Cat Hai District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
