The People's Council of Tay Ninh province voted to elect Deputy Secretary of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee Le Van Han to hold the position of Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee, term X, 2021-2026.

On the afternoon of November 18, at the 6th Session (special session), the People's Council of Tay Ninh province, term X, 2021-2026, 100% of the delegates present voted in favor and passed the Resolution to elect Deputy Secretary of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee Le Van Han to hold the position of Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee, term X, 2021-2026.

The People's Council of Tay Ninh province also passed a Resolution on the dismissal of the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province; and the termination of the duties of the People's Council delegate of the 10th term, 2021-2026 for Mr. Nguyen Van Ut because he was mobilized by the Central Committee to take on the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and introduced to be elected to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province.

Previously, on the morning of November 18, 2025, Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Secretariat's decision on personnel work.

At the Conference, Party Central Committee member, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Thanh Tam chaired the announcement of the Secretariat's decision to transfer Mr. Le Van Han - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Long province, to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and cease holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; at the same time appointing him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; and introducing him to the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Council to elect him as Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee.

Mr. Le Van Han was appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

In his speech assigning the task, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Thanh Tam said that Mr. Le Van Han was well-trained, with a Bachelor's degree in Literature Pedagogy, a Master's degree in Educational Management, and a Senior degree in Political Theory. He grew up from the grassroots and has experience in many positions. He is a cadre with mettle, capacity, and experience in Party building and state management; has a sense of responsibility, the ability to gather and unite internally; and always completes assigned tasks well.

The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee believes that with his rich experience, especially in key positions at the provincial level, he will quickly grasp the work in the new area, promote his capacity, enthusiasm and responsibility; unite with the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee to lead the successful completion of political tasks, contributing to the stronger development of Tay Ninh in the coming time.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Le Van Han affirmed that he will always be exemplary in complying with working regulations; inheriting and promoting the precious traditional values ​​of the province; striving to maintain and further promote the development momentum of Tay Ninh in the fields of economy, culture - society, national defense - security; at the same time, strengthening international integration and expanding foreign affairs activities, creating new momentum for the development of the province.
