The Central Steering Committee for Science , Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation (Steering Committee) has just launched 3 digital platforms to serve the implementation of Resolution No. 57 on the morning of July 2. This is one of the important contents in the Conference to review the work of the first 6 months of the year and key tasks for the last 6 months of 2025 of the Steering Committee.

The three digital platforms include: the Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Information Portal; the Information System for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of Resolution 57; and the Information System for receiving and processing feedback, recommendations, initiatives, and solutions for science and technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation.
In particular, the Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Information Portal is the Party's official information channel on cyberspace. This is not only a simple information channel, but also a multi-dimensional platform, effectively serving the Party building work, orienting public opinion and connecting with cadres, party members and the masses.
As the "voice of the Party", the Party's Electronic Information Portal provides a panoramic picture of the activities of Party and State leaders, from important policies, guidelines, and resolutions to the daily activities of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, and agencies directly under the Central Committee.
The monitoring and evaluation system of Resolution No. 57 is an information system serving the collection, updating, synthesis, display, monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of the implementation of assigned tasks under Resolution No. 57 and the results of the Resolution's implementation.
This platform includes the Key Strategy System, which is the key task groups and fields assigned to Party committees, boards, ministries, branches, and localities; performance indicators for the implementation goals of the Resolution; operational indicators measuring the progress of implementing solutions; and indicators measuring the level of completion of tasks and solutions.
The system also has a mechanism to allow the implementation of new ideas, technologies and policies in a limited environment for evaluation before widespread application and is implemented on the principle of "correct, sufficient, clean, alive", data must be accurate, complete, processed to eliminate errors and updated regularly and continuously.
The information system for receiving and processing feedback, recommendations, and innovative solutions for science and technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation is an information system that supports the activities of receiving, classifying, processing, and publicizing the processing results of feedback, recommendations, and innovative solutions from organizations and individuals related to difficulties, obstacles, and barriers related to science and technology development, innovation, and digital transformation.
At the same time, this is also a channel to receive proposals, initiatives and solutions to adjust and improve the Party's guidelines and orientations; the State's mechanisms, policies, laws and administrative procedures related to this field, which is not new but full of creativity.
On this system, there will be an online discussion space for members of the Steering Committee, National Advisory Council, managers, experts, and scientists to exchange, offer advice; comment and contribute ideas on received feedback, recommendations, and innovative solutions or on fields and topics related to science and technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.
