Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed a decision to assign the authority of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman.
On August 26, information from the Office of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee said that Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh had just signed Decision No. 89, assigning the position of Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term to Mr. Luu Van Ban, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. According to the Prime Minister's decision, Mr. Luu Van Ban was assigned the position of Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee from August 24 until the position of Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term was completed.
