Mr. Pham Van Hoanh, Editor-in-Chief of Finance Magazine, becomes Editor-in-Chief of Finance Newspaper

(CLO) On the afternoon of March 3, the Ministry of Finance held a conference to announce decisions on the transfer and appointment of leaders of units under the Ministry. Mr. Pham Van Hoanh was transferred and appointed to the position of Editor-in-Chief of the Finance - Investment Newspaper.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Finance announced Decision No. 493/QD-BTC to temporarily transfer and appoint Mr. Pham Van Hoanh, Editor-in-Chief of Finance Magazine, to hold the position of Editor-in-Chief of Finance - Investment Newspaper.

Thus, Mr. Pham Van Hoanh is officially the legal representative of the Finance - Investment Newspaper, managing and operating activities, responsible to the Minister of Finance and before the law for all activities of the Finance - Investment Newspaper.

The Finance - Investment Newspaper is a public service unit under the Ministry of Finance, the mouthpiece of the Finance sector, performing the function of informing and propagating policies and laws on the fields of economics - finance, finance - investment - bidding - business activities and other domestic and international activities according to the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws and the direction of the Minister of Finance.

The newspaper will promptly disseminate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws in general and the economic and financial sector in particular, contributing to mobilizing domestic and foreign resources for investment and development.

At the same time, preside over and coordinate with the Ministry's Office and units in the Finance sector to organize and implement communication activities to serve the information and propaganda work for the Finance sector as assigned by the Minister of Finance; reflect and guide public opinion; be a forum to contribute to the criticism, supplementation, amendment and completion of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws in the economic - financial field, and the State's policies and laws in the economic - financial field.

Finance - Investment Newspaper was established on the basis of merging 3 press agencies including: Vietnam Financial Times - under the Ministry of Finance, Investment Newspaper - under the Ministry of Planning and Investment and Bidding Newspaper (under the Bidding Management Department, Ministry of Planning and Investment ).
